At Analog Cases, we want to ensure your gear is perfectly protected. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your case within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the gear in its original packaging, ensuring the product is in new condition and includes all original tags and inserts.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new case within 3-5 business days.
